Production

Established in 2001, Reel Aluminum is one of the aluminum profile manufacturers operating in Turkey. The annual capacity of our company is 8,500 tons in extrusion, and our goal in production is to provide our customers with the best quality at the most competitive prices. In line with this goal, we continue to be among the fastest growing companies in the sector.

Extrusion

There are 2 extrusion production lines of 5 and 6 inches in our facility. 6060, 6063 and 6463 alloys are used in our extrusion lines. Annual profile production capacity is 9600 tons. At every stage of production, the highest quality product is produced without compromising on quality. With 22 years of production experience, it can easily produce even the most difficult profiles.

Electro-Static Powder Coating Unit

Reel Aluminum dyeing with a wide range of colors in RAL colors according to customer demands in electrostatic powder coating unit with an annual capacity of 2500 tons. Profiles dye in accordance with QUALICOAT standards in electrostatic powder coating line. The surface of the painted profiles is resistant to corrosion as well as to the UV effect of sun rays. The company prioritizes environmental awareness.

Anodizing

Reel Aluminum is able to supply anodized materials within its structure. It has a quality coating capacity and can produce in various colors and tones, especially natural, black, yellow, brown, thanks to the anodizing process that combines visuality and durability.

Profile Die Unit

Reel Aluminum can produce all kinds of profiles with over 2000 profile dies types in its facilities. Profile dies made to meet the expected strength, function, flawless surface, size, physical properties and quality expectations within tolerances. With its archive containing profile dies in more than 20 sectors, Reel Aluminum has experience in many sectors.

Mechanical Process

Reel Aluminum provides services such as angled and very low tolerance cutting in double-head saws, drilling, unloading, tearing off, CNC milling, hole drilling, countersinking, thread cutting, chamfering and deburring in eccentric presses.

All products produced in the packaging department of Reel Aluminum are packaged according to long-term storage and transportation conditions and made ready for shipment.
